SILENCE BROKEN: Letter from "The Barbarian" Josiah Cross

[inside a dimly lit room a large built man can be seen seated at a desk, opening an envelope. He has an unfamiliar face. He removes a piece of paper from the envelope, stands up, then begins to speak.]

Man: My name is of no importance…right now. I am here to deliver a message sent to me from the man know to OCW as Barbarian.

[The man clears his throat and begins to read the letter.]

To whom it may concern,

It’s life or death. Inside the walls, behind these bars, you cannot rely on anyone to survive but yourself. I look death in the eye every day, surrounded by hundreds of people who have committed unimaginable sins. I am here for what? What have I committed to deserve such punishment? Every day I sit inside this dark wet cell and think. There is nothing else to do, nothing. It’s been nearly three months inside this hell hole and it’s been nothing but hours upon hours, day after day, of sitting, waiting, thinking. Now, it will soon be time to take action, no longer will I have to think about my plans, my future. I have learned a lot, this place has changed me, and I have come to realization that enough is enough. No longer will I be victimized.

Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.
