Gabriel: There is a place between good and bad.
The room the man sits in is so bright it is difficult to make out his face. Only his figure is visible.
Gabriel: Somewhere between right and wrong.
Although the figure of the man is small, his tone is strong... booming. His voice is slow, deep and strangely unnerving.
Gabriel: Nothing is ever so clear as to be one or the other. There is a grey area. An area where you are judged. Where your sins are cleansed.
The man pauses, his breathing is steady and slow. There is not alot of emotion in his words, they are almost hollow.
Gabriel: In the afterlife, when your soul departs from its empty vessel, the rotting carcass that has walked the earth for many years, it is judged. If you have lived a good life you are sent to Heaven to be with your God, if bad you must spend all eternity with Satan. Good and bad, Heaven and Hell.
The figure tilts its head.
Gabriel: There is more. A grey area, a clouded path. Where the lines between good and bad blur and intertwine. A place where the soul can be forgiven for its wrong doing... forgiven for its sin.
Gabriel: Sometimes the pitiful soul can be redeemed. Redemption, however, comes with a heavy price. In the afterlife you must meet with the gatekeeper. This one who will be your saviour, your saviour from Hell. You will be prepared for Heaven.
Gabriel: You shall bathe in the river of the damned to wash the dirt from your body. Drained of all your wrong doings, lashed for your mistakes.
Gabriel: I am the gatekeeper.
The once hollow voice echoes with enthusiasm.
Gabriel: I AM the reedemer. The bringer of retribution. I am neither saint nor sinner, good nor bad. I simply... am.
Gabriel: I shall punish you, bare your soul back to the beginning. It will be a cold day in your life when I stand befor you. I am the judge, the jury and executoner.
Gabriel: I am the punisher of sin. I am the Alpha and the Omega the beginning and the end. I am... Gabriel Alpha. OCW I will be your saviour, your shall feel redemption.
The bright light room quickly fades to black as Gabriel shifts into the darkness.
