  1. You're one of the few that's actually picked up on that.
  2. See, that's the reason they should do it.
  3. Random thought that will probably get shot down, but I would love if the SKWAD did an Enzo and Cass thing where after all of their promos they go S. K. W. A. D. .... SKWWWWWWWAAAAAAD.
  4. I feel like the whole show flowed together really well with some interweaving RPs and the order of everything. Made for a short, but every enjoyable read.
  5. Thanks to the admin team for allowing me for allowing me on the show even though I wasn't booked. The match was really a lot of fun to play with some exciting spots in it. Honestly, up to this point, I hadn't really taken The Convoy very seriously, but watching them wreck The Club has me excited to see what will be next for them.
  6. I like it. Opens up the possibility of having some of the factions involved in the title picture which can lead to some good storylines going forward.
  7. After his typical daily workout, Adam Adams walks out of the little hole-in-the-wall gym that he found just a few short blocks from Terminal 5. After slinging his duffle bag onto the passenger side of bench seat in his pickup truck, Adam pulls out his cell phone to make a call as he drives back to the hotel that he has been staying at. ???: … Adams: Hey. I’m just leaving the gym. Figured that I could give you a call as I head back to the hotel. ???: … Adams: Yeah. I’m still there. I didn’t want to get a place here too soon just in case things didn’t work out. ???: … Adams: I mean, things do seem to be going alright. I told you that I won my first match, didn’t I? ???: … Adams: Oh it’s way different than wrestling back at home. Some of these people here, I just really don’t get them. ???: … Adams: I mean there are pirates and leprechauns and vampires. ???: … Adams: No, like real ones. ???: …. Adams: I didn’t think those really existed either. But yeah, the champion right now is some big Samoan looking guy I think. ???: …. Adams: No, I don’t think he’s related to them. ???: …. Adams: I know that most of them are related, but I think he’s from a different bloodline or something. Yeah, he’s facing this guy that calls himself The King of Turmoil, but he’s got this girl that he’s always with who calls herself the Queen. I think she’s the one that kind of just run things for him. ???: …. Adams: There a few groups around too here too that are kind of out there. Last week, I came out to help this Scottish guy that was going to get beat up by this group of guys that drink all the time, beat people up, and just cause a ruckus. You’d fit right in with them. ???: …. Adams: Then there’s this religious cult group and they act all high and mighty and tell people that they need to stop being sinners. ???: …. Adams: Oh, and get this. There are these guys that all dress up in skeleton outfits and dance around before they wrestle and they all speak Spanish, so I don’t even know if they’re people that I’m supposed to like. ???: …. Adams: Hey. You shouldn’t say that. But, there are like thirteen of them now, so maybe you’re on to something. ???: …. Adams: That doesn’t touch the half of it. There are confederate guys, movie stars, people that speak in hashtags… ???: …. Adams: You know. Like the number symbol then you say some words after it. I don’t really get it either. Then there’s the guy who eats all the time and dances, someone who dresses up like the Mad Hatter, and another who wears jean shorts and says little catch phrases that sound like he got them from somewhere else. ???: …. Adams: Yeah, not quite like everyone from back at home. But, I don’t know. Sometimes it feels like I’m the only one around here without any real identity. I almost feel like I might get lost in the shuffle. Like if I don’t come up with something to make myself stand out, that I’m going to miss out on making something of myself here. But you know what? Maybe that’s my thing. Maybe while everyone else is out having these grand adventures, I’m the one that’s here putting in the time to make sure I can be the best damn wrestler that I can. Maybe this place just needs somebody like me. Who knows? But hey, I’m pulling into the parking lot now, so I’m going to let you go. I’ll give you call in a couple days to let you know how things are going. Talk to you later. ???: …. Adam ends his phone call as he hops out of his pickup and makes his way towards the lobby of the hotel.
  8. Nope, it cuts out on mine as well.
  9. I feel like I'm starting to get to the point where I've been on here long enough to understand all of the interactions between the wrestlers, and I have to say, the Club had me absolutely cracking up at the beginning of the show during the roast. Seeing stuff like that really makes me want to go back and check out even more of the previous shows to see some of the good stuff that I've missed over the years.
  10. Thanks for all of the positive words everybody. I know confrontations (ex. See above) may come with time, but everyone I've worked with and asked questions to so far have been very helpful. I hope to keep contributing and stay involved going forward.
  11. Sorry. I couldn't help myself.
  12. That was my original thought, but I saw somebody listed with a finisher called the A Bomb and I thought that might be too close. Plus, I wanted to go with something that I could call the AA to go along with my name.
  13. For I newbie, could I get a brief history of Terminal 5 and a some of the stories from around the arena that some others have alluded to?
  14. WRESTLER NAME: Adam Adams HOMETOWN: Ft. Wayne, Indiana HEIGHT: 6'3" WEIGHT: 250 lbs THEME SONG: AC/DC- You Ain't Got a Hold on Me ( ) SIGNATURE MOVES(S)- Running Senton 2 and Stinger Splash FINISHERS(S)- Adams Assault (Alpamare Waterslide) NOTABLE FUEDS: None ACCOLADEStitles held, and date, Awards, etc)- Nothing of note Biography: Adam Adams really has no special claim to fame. On the day he was born, his father showed up at the hospital drunk and thought it would be funny to name is son with two of the same name, so he wrote the name Adam Adams on the birth certificate without his wife's permission. This was the final straw that led to Adam's mother leaving her alcoholic husband and newborn son to never be heard from again. Adam's father's drinking issues never resolved themselves, but those same drinking issues are what led Adam to his love of professional wrestling. On the evenings when his father would go out to the bar (which was most), Adam would often be planted on the floor of the living room watching old wrestling VHS tapes until the wee hours of the morning when his father would come stumbling in. The larger than life superstars. The grand entrances. The beautiful women. What more could a young boy want? As he got to high school, Adam started to look like a man among boys. Standing 6'3" and weighing 250 lbs, the word cornfed really goes a long way towards describing Adams's physique. The years of baling hay and wrestling hogs really paid off. A linebacker on his high school football team, Adam received multiple offers to play college football, but turned them down to stay home to work on the farm. After graduating, Adam began wrestling in small local promotions, but never really made it too far. His lack of a proper finishing move was really holding him back. One night, he received a call from the local tavern telling him that his father had drank way more than usual that night and could not make it home on his own. Adam ended up going to the tavern, physically lifting up his dad and putting him on his shoulders, and walking him with him like that for the mile and a half walk home. Upon arriving home, Adams slammed his father down onto his bed. He decided to use that move as a finishing move from that point on and began to have more success. He was recently noticed by some OCW talent scouts and invited to some of the upcoming shows. His dream of becoming a touring professional wrestler just may be on the verge of coming true.
