  1. Shout out to Pugh for taking the ball with the lightweight stuff. I was surprised to see your opponent, but you two told a good story in the ring. I enjoyed that match from start to finish. Don't know how I felt about the intro attire. B-17 came to play in this one. It was one of those like the Ding match on the pre show where one person is uber aggressive and the other is more passive. Both matches have similar results. Find that balance. One critique would be to watch the strikes to avoid grapples after reversals B. Saw it a few times, not against the rules but its eh. On my match heard something while I was on the phone about letting Mugen up from the STF instead of letting the reversal animation play out. I'll say I was trying to tap him out while the ref was down for story purposes just like I did on the outside. But the ref was getting up. At that point we both red and I wasn't getting any advantage on damage from the sub. Were it early in the match I totally see the point. To me competitively it wouldn't have made sense to put myself on defensive at that point of the match. Well done, Denny you survived that by the skin of your teeth. Well done, damn Leon you did your thing. Will comment more later
  2. Really enjoyed the Bertha, Alex, Sophia rp setting their match up for the clash. It's going to be a slugfest that hopefully Alex doesn't win. Maybe a Sophia win so we can actually use that shovel with her head on it haha. But, in all seriousness it's going to be a battle. Also happy to see Dan carrying the banner for the lightweights. He is taking it upon himself to make something of the division. Those of you trying to step up and stand out take the chances that you get working with that man. I know Doc is a by the book guy, I think this is one of those things that most of us didn't even think we'd have to worry about. I've just been of the mindset that the pickup and bump was the same as letting a guy up, but just to move the match along a bit faster. Has this issue even come up before today on a show and not screwing around in Dms?
  3. I guess I have some talking to do with the other FPR guys then because this makes picking a guy up and bumping pointless if they can just hit you but you'd be breaking the rules if you hit them first. Glad to see a wealth on written work on the show.
  4. If a guy is picking you up to move the match along and bumps you, you got to reset. That's not an ethics thing. It's like a reverse hover. YSL's handler is a vet and I'm sure it threw him off and he probably was just whatever about it. I know H2O wasn't trying to be cheap intentionally. But in future reference for everyone don't go for a finisher, sig, or anything when someone is picking you up to reset because this game makes you stay down way to long.
  5. It's just OCW buddy. Welcome, nice effort. Follow the steps look forward to seeing what you bring to the place if you stick around.
  6. The one time I did it I the cinnamon challenge jobbed.
  7. The idea is to have more of a presence on Turmoil as well with the new group of guys. I got no issues with Doug using the resil he has it to use when needed. At the end when I saw Dennis backing up I knew what was coming. When he's trying to get that distance it is the calling card for the knee. For the rooks I'd honestly say grab another rook or even a vet who's not currently doing something as see if they'll work with you. When I came back as Tobin I worked with Sean McGee and we built a feud, off of him treating a fan badly. Not everything has to be over the top slow building is good too. But keep the story focused on the two. Having a branched feud without the character development isn't the best idea IMO.
  8. I had an issue with the logos as well Smythe. After you do the show. You need to go intro edit arena and add in a fresh copy of the riot arena you downloaded.
  9. Well I must say business has picked up quite a bit. Must say I'm happy to see the rookies still putting in work. There are so many dream matches we can get. Nice seeing Cacti on here. Will speak more on this thing after I take some medicine and take a nap. To old for a damn cold ><
  10. Here we go. Keep it in the ring and we're good.
  11. Who's calling you thirsty besides people who aren't in the know man. Leon could have done it without even thinking. But to me it looked like it was to avoid a finish from my eyes and I've known Leon for years. I've seen people the last year roll out with no reversals knowing someone is probably gonna go for a finisher. In this case KD took advantage yea it was rusty but Leon's comeback was grey area for sure. If it was really bad both KD and Leon would have redone it. G
  12. It is literally in FPR you can't use comeback or ring escape to stop a finisher...
  13. Looked to me like Leon pulled a comeback to avoid a finisher from my perspective. I would have done what KD did. Again these folks are commenting on you without perspective. There's a time and a place to go low with folks. This is a high road time. You know the kind of player you are. Just like I said last night this shit right here is beneath you.
  14. Nice to see you around again. Didn't even realize that happened. But we've seen the multiple kick outs after unanswered finishes by a few this year.
